We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Please contact us within three days of delivery, and we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement item.

Please note that custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. Custom items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Items that are not custom can be returned.

We do not issue refunds or returns if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
  • The purchased item is custom-made and cannot be resold.
  • You are simply unhappy with the product

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria listed above or if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way.

Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancelation 

To ensure timely deliveries and personalized engraving, we kindly request any order modifications or cancellations to be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this time has elapsed, we are unable to accept any further changes or cancellations, as our engraving process would have already commenced. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
